At RITVA, every garment is crafted with care and attention to detail. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, transparent, and hassle-free.
Return Eligibility
We offer returns within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- In its original condition.
- Returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Requested for return within 2 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Customized or altered garments.
- Products purchased during special clearance or final sale events.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or misuse.
- Gift cards and promotional products.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Images of the product
- Images of the packaging
Our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and successfully inspected, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect products received
Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to a product defect, damage, or fulfillment error, return shipping costs will be covered by RITVA.
For other approved returns, applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
