Returns Crafted

At RITVA, every garment is crafted with care and attention to detail. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help through a transparent and customer-friendly return process.

Return Eligibility

We offer returns within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered products.
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale events.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Bank processing times may vary.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only in the following situations:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect products received

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a product defect, damage, or fulfillment error by RITVA, return shipping charges will be borne by us.

For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
